WILL LIFTING WEIGHTS MAKE ME BULKY?

Here’s a question I get asked all the time, and the simple answer is….NO.

The best bit of advice I can give to any female that lifts is….Try and get as big and bulky as possible and see what happens, when you walk into a gym have a look at the free weight area and you’ll see loads of lads in there lifting as heavy as they can, most likely every night trying to get ‘bulky’ but failing.

Get into that corner lift heavy weights and enjoy how it makes you look😊
